Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Professional B2B Services Nature

IFIRST TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED delivers specialized, business-to-business custom engineering, dedicated talent capability pods, biopharma commercial analytics, quantitative systems, and physical facility hosting. Due to the bespoke allocation of engineering talent, infrastructure reservation, and dedicated cloud compute resources, our commercial policies adhere strictly to institutional standards.

2. Cancellation Protocol

• Monthly Pod Retainers: Ongoing technical pod agreements may be terminated by either party upon providing thirty (30) days formal written notice to [email protected], subject to the close-out terms specified in the executed Master Services Agreement.
• Sprint Milestones: Written cancellation of an upcoming sprint cycle must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement of the sprint planning date.

3. Refund Eligibility & Parameters

• Advance retainers, setup onboarding fees, and completed milestone settlements are strictly non-refundable once engineering sprint cycles, architectural workshops, or recruitment onboarding has commenced.
• If an advance milestone fee was collected for a future project phase that has not yet commenced and is formally terminated in accordance with the governing agreement, a pro-rata refund for the uncommenced scope will be authorized.

4. Statutory Refund Processing Timeline

Upon formal written verification and corporate authorization of a refundable amount, the settlement will be initiated directly back to the original source account (corporate bank transfer, payment gateway, or originating card) within 5 to 7 business days.
