Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Deliverables (Intangible Digital Services)

IFIRST TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED provides intangible technology consulting, custom software development, cloud platform assurance, data engineering pipelines, and dedicated Global Capability Center (GCC) operations. No physical products, freight, or tangible goods are manufactured, shipped, or fulfilled.

2. Electronic Delivery Methods

All client deliverables—including software source code, cloud configuration scripts, API access endpoints, data models, analytical reporting dashboards, and architectural blueprints—are transmitted exclusively through secure electronic mediums, including:

• Authenticated client version-control repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Encrypted corporate cloud storage repositories (AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, Microsoft Azure).
• Direct deployment to client-hosted development, staging, or production virtual private clouds (VPCs).
• Secure enterprise communications channels (encrypted corporate email, Jira, Confluence, Slack).

3. Delivery Timelines & Fulfillment Milestones

• Pod Provisioning & Environment Setup: Technical environment configuration, developer workstation access, and secure network routing commence within 24 to 48 hours following agreement execution and initial retainer confirmation. Dedicated pods are fully live in client sprints within 14 business days.
• Sprint Deliverables: Agile sprint increments and software pull requests are delivered on structured 14-day sprint cycles.
• Milestone-Based Projects: Complete project deliverables, audit reports, and architectural specifications are fulfilled within 7 to 30 business days in accordance with the timelines defined in the applicable Statement of Work.

4. Delivery Confirmation & Acceptance

A deliverable is deemed delivered upon electronic transmission to the client's designated repository or corporate email, followed by a formal acceptance window as specified in the governing Master Services Agreement.
